Zero in on people

Enhanced people search enables you to easily zero in on a segment of members based on a variety of profile attributes. This includes progressive filtering capabilities that let you refine searches as you go. Our community-wide search has also been upgraded to provide instant feedback as you type, providing results across all Content, People and Places within the community.

Build a Social Network

Create personal networks and stay in touch with other members of the community. Easily follow the activity, content, and status of everyone in your personal network. You can also organize friends into categories and send them private messages individually or as a group.

The invite feature encourages membership growth by allowing people to invite new people into the community. You can download contact lists from other major social sites, enabling you to easily invite people that you already have social relationships with elsewhere.

Group the way you want to

We created Groups to enable community members to socialize and collaborate around areas and topics that interest them. Groups can be public, invitation only or private. When members start a Group they can drag and drop the layout to perfectly match their needs. They can even pick which content and setting make the most sense for them.

Never leave your inbox

Our email in/out capability enables communities to engage the portion of their membership that isn't logging in regularly. The key to a successful community is member activity. Bring the entire discussion to your member's inbox and enable them to participate with familiar tools. The option to simply click "send" or "reply" to create content helps power user participation and engagement.

New conversations in old places

Add discussions to any webpage with Community Everywhere. This enables a much wider audience to see and become aware of the community itself and enables participation outside of the community without having to login. This promotes more activity, increases membership and provides authenticity to your customers and prospects.

Easiest text editor on the market

Clearspace Community's new editor is easier to use than consumer applications. It provides a familiar word-processing experience and streamlines the inclusion of imagery and video. Our new editor removes the learning curve typically required of new authoring tools by offering you a familiar interface that works precisely as expected. Inserting, resizing and positioning any image is very simple. Embedding a video from sites such as YouTube, Google, or Vimeo is now even easier and lets you view rich content directly within your community.

Customize it yourself

Change any term in the application. Don't like "friends?" Change it to "Connections" or anything else you like. Visual elements like logos and color schemes can be updated directly through the interface. You can also fully tailor the look and feel by using the new resource kit to update imagery and style sheets to enhance your entire community.

Salesforce integration

Salesforce integration better equips sales reps with more tools to understand prospects, while giving marketing and sales management reporting that better tied your community to sales objectives. Sales reps are able to view activity by company and/or individual within the community. This helps them better understand a contact's thoughts and concerns as well as the general sentiment and engagement of any prospects they are selling to. Marketing will be able to connect community ROI by looking at reports that tie the community lead source to opportunities and closed business.
